Thyani General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Identity of the entrepreneur

Thyani, located in the Netherlands. Reachable via info@thyani.com.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Thyani and to every distance contract concluded between Thyani and the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer

Each offer contains sufficient information to make it clear what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer. Prices include VAT.

Article 4 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. Cosmetic products that have been opened for hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 5 – Delivery

Thyani strives to ship orders within 2 business days. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made via the available payment methods in the webshop.

Article 7 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@thyani.com. Thyani will respond within 14 days.

Article 8 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
